Terms of Use

Effective August 16, 2026. These terms cover gude.co, plans.gude.co, dixon.gude.co, and evaluation.gude.co (the “Sites”), operated by Gude.

The Sites

The Sites describe Gude’s businesses: Product READY (evaluation), Dixon Engineering (licensed engineering), and California Modular / CMDAA (plan review). Content is for general information. It is not an offer to perform professional services until we agree in writing.

No professional advice on the Sites

Nothing on the Sites is engineering advice, plan-review approval, a certification, or a legal opinion. Do not rely on the Sites as a substitute for a signed engagement, stamped documents, or a jurisdiction’s own requirements.

Inquiries

Sending an email or intake form does not create a client relationship. We may decline work. If we take an assignment, a separate agreement and, where required, a professional engagement will govern.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Sites (including scraping, injecting malware, or attempting to access systems you are not authorized to use). We may change or take down the Sites at any time.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Gude is not liable for damages arising from use of the Sites or reliance on Site content. Professional work, once engaged, is governed by that engagement—not these terms.
