Privacy Policy

Effective August 16, 2026. This is a short notice for gude.co and the related sites plans.gude.co, dixon.gude.co, and evaluation.gude.co (the “Sites”), operated by Gude.

What we collect

If you email us or use a contact or intake form, we receive the information you send — typically your name, email address, project details, and any files you attach. Our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) and domain provider may also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested).

How we use it

We use that information to respond to you, to provide engineering, plan review, or evaluation services if we are engaged, and to operate the Sites. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us run email and hosting, and when the law requires it. If you hire us, we may share project information with jurisdictions, consultants, or your team as needed to do the work.

Retention

We keep inquiry and project records as long as needed for the work, professional recordkeeping, and legal obligations, then delete or archive them in the ordinary course.
